U.S. Financial Technology (U.S. FinTech) is seeking an experienced Associate Data and AI Governance II to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time remote opportunity.

Job Information
This role supports Data and AI Governance platforms-based processes development, implementation and execution, enterprise data catalog and lineage development, automation of governance reporting data sourcing in reporting DataMart, and BI dashboards development. You will contribute to AI use case development, red teaming, and AI Governance operations, with effective cross-functional team collaboration and stewardship engagement.
This role works closely with data engineering, data and AI governance, and IT shared services teams to operationalize tool-based governance processes and develop automated solutions, where applicable. This role supports documentation of risk and audit evidence and develops user guides and training, as applicable.

Pay Range $94,250 to $107,500
U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
