Job Information
The IT Collaboration Services Lead is a strategic technical leader responsible for architecting, managing, and optimizing enterprise collaboration platform across Microsoft 365, AWS, integrated third-party applications, and providing audio/visual technology solutions. This role ensures secure, scalable, and compliant communication and productivity solutions for the organization, while driving innovation within the collaboration space and end-user enablement. The position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless collaboration experiences, enforce policy controls, and support enterprise-wide initiatives including audits, patching, and software lifecycle management. This is an important role for our business and presents an opportunity to implement and optimize the latest hardware and software solutions.

Pay Range $132,000 to $156,500
U.S. FinTech's pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
